"If you're too busy to spend 20 minutes in nature, you should be spending an hour," he advises, emphasizing the importance of mindfulness and reconnection. It's a message that is resonating with a new generation of designers, architects, and urban planners, who are increasingly recognising the transformative power of biophilic design.
